Santiago is the founder and head of Kupro Group. He has over 25 years of experience in business development, customer experience, strategy, marketing, and sales in the Canary Islands, especially in the hospitality, tourism, and aviation sectors. He is the main visionary and driving force of the project, connecting the real needs of hotels and service companies with technological solutions that generate tangible value.
Oliver Betancourt
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Born in Tenerife, Oliver is the Head of Strategy at Kupro Group. He brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, much of it in Silicon Valley, where he has worked with companies like Cisco, Google, Amazon, Apple, Fitbit, GoPro, and several startups. At Kupro Group, he is responsible for aligning technology with business opportunities, defining the product roadmap and strategic partnerships.
Tony Fader
Software Systems Engineer and Consultant
Tony has over 25 years of experience in software and systems integration. He is the founder of ActivLab and Transvirtual (Silicon Valley). As an expert associate of Kupro Group, he provides a complete system vision—security, firmware, application software, and cloud technologies—enabling the design of robust, scalable, and secure solutions for our clients.

Marketing & Blockchain Analyst
José Luis is the Director of Operations with over 10 years of experience in a major Fortune 500 company. He has extensive experience in business development and product launches. At Kupro Group, his passion for technology and specialization in blockchain allow him to identify new opportunities based on digital innovation and translate them into real market solutions.
Rick Adolf
Hardware Engineer and Systems Design
Rick has over 30 years of experience in hardware design and design for manufacturing. He is the founder and CEO of Ultracam Design. As a technology partner of Kupro Group, he has designed products for top-tier companies in consumer, wearables, energy, and medical sectors, with a special focus on miniaturization and energy efficiency.
Alejandro Correa Martín
Computer Engineer
Alejandro is part of the Kupro Group technology team, specializing in systems architecture, hardware, networks, databases, software development, and artificial intelligence. His multidisciplinary vision and ability to turn ideas into real solutions bring agility and innovation to the group’s technological development.
Joan M. Vilà i Llauger
Structural Industrial Engineer, MBA
Joan is responsible for the commercial and strategic area, with over 30 years of experience in business organization and company acquisitions, as well as financial and corporate structure evaluation. He has been part of MEE, APRA LEVEN NV, FORTIA VIDA, and Founding Partner of CAP CANA. He intervenes in the development of the group’s Commercial, Strategic, and Expansion Area in other countries.
